Carrots are high in beta-carotene, a nutrient that helps with night vision, as are other orange-colored fruits and vegetables like sweet potatoes, apricots and cantaloupe

Yoga and Exercise
Pencil push ups- Focus on a pencil in front at arm’s length; slowly move it towards the nose once it appears to be a double image draw it away from the nose. This exercise improves focus abilities and visual processing. Repeat the movement five times a week.
