- Vitamins (A, C, D- as they have good antioxidant properties)- almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, spinach, cauliflower, cabbage, radish, Carrots, pineapples, pears, barley, oats, potato, mangoes, grapes, coconuts
- Minerals-almonds, fish, egg, chicken, cheese, yogurt, garlic
- Blueberries, blackberries, cherries
Starchy foods, processed and junk food, spices and condiments and foods high in sugar
Home Remedies
- Gentle cleaning of the eye with a cotton ball soaked in warm water
- Cold compress can relieve irritation and swelling
- Good hygiene of face and hand is important
- Remove contact lenses if you wear them
