Foods to be taken- Whole grains and vegetables
- Eat antioxidant foods like blueberries, strawberries, cherries, oranges, tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, spinach, apples and pears
- Use healthy oils for cooking, such as olive oil or vegetable oil
- Vitamins A, C, E, D, the B-complex vitamins, and trace minerals such as magnesium, calcium, zinc, and selenium
