Ciprofloxacin is a flouroquinoline antibiotic that fights bacteria in the body. It is used to treat different types of bacterial infections. Ciprofloxacin is also used to treat people who have been exposed to Anthrax or certain types of plague. Fluoroquinolone antibiotic can cause serious or disabling side effects. Ciprofloxacin should be used only for infections that cannot be treated with a safer antibiotic.
Clotrimazole topical is an antifungal medication that fights infections caused by fungus.Clotrimazole topical (for the skin) is used to treat skin infections such as athlete’s foot, jock itch, ringworm, and yeast infections.Clotrimazole is used in the treatment of fungal infections.Clotrimazole is an antifungal medication. It stops the growth of fungus by preventing them from forming their own protective covering which is required for their survival in the human.
Fluocinolone is a steroid medicine. It prevents the release of substances in the body that cause inflammation. Fluocinolone ophthalmic (for the eye) implant is used to treat inflammation within the eye that is caused by disease or infection. The implant slowly releases fluocinolone into the eye over a period of approximately 30 months. Fluocinolone is not an antibiotic and will not treat an eye infection.

Precautions for NCIPROGULLFC CRM and its Constituents


Avoid excess dosage. You should not use ciprofloxacin if you are also taking Tizanide. You may not be able to use ciprofloxacin if you have a muscle disorder. Tell your doctor if you have a history of myasthenia gravis.
  • You should not use clotrimazole topical if you are allergic to it.Use exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.Do not take by mouth. Clotrimazole topical is for use only on the skin.Wash your hands before and after using this medicine, unless you are using it to treat a hand infection.Clean and dry the affected area. Apply a small amount of the cream (usually twice daily) for 2 to 4 weeks.
  • Your doctor has prescribed Clotrimazole to cure your infection and improve symptoms.
  • Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.

Do not use other eye medications unless your doctor tells you to. Ask your doctor before wearing contact lenses after receiving the fluocinolone ophthalmic implant. This medicine may cause blurred vision and may impair your thinking or reactions. Be careful if you drive or do anything that requires you to be alert and able to see clearly.
