Precautions for PALONEW 0.25MG INJ and its Constituents


Caution should be exercised in patients with history of heart disease, decrease in blood minerals, any allergy, who are taking other medications, children, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It may cause drowsiness or dizziness, do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking this medication. Avoid excess dosage. Palonosetron is usually given 30 minutes before chemotherapy, or right before you are given anesthesia for surgery.
