PANAZEP LS TAB is a Schedule X drug.PANAZEP LS TAB is composed of: PAROXETINE (12.5 MG), CLONAZEPAM (0.25 MG)
Paroxetine affects chemicals in the brain that may be unbalanced in people with depression, anxiety, or other disorders.The Brisdelle brand of paroxetine is used to treat hot flashes related to menopause. Brisdelle is not for treating any other conditions.It increases the amount of serotonin, a natural substance in the brain that helps maintain mental balance. This improves mood and physical symptoms in depression and relieves symptoms of panic and obsessive disorders.
Usage
PAROXETINE is generally used to treat: Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Panic Attack, Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)PAROXETINE can address symptoms like: Depressed Mood, Hot Flashes, Hyperactive Behavior, Fearful, Decreased Appetite
CLONAZEPAM is generally used to treat: Panic Disorder, Epilepsy, Seizure

Precautions for PANAZEP LS TAB and its Constituents
- You should not use paroxetine if you are also taking pimozide or thioridazine.
- Do not use paroxetine within 14 days before or 14 days after you have used a MAO inhibitor.
- Do not start or stop taking paroxetine during pregnancy without your doctor’s advice.
- You should not use this medicine if you are allergic to paroxetine.Take paroxetine exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Follow all directions on your prescription label. Your doctor may occasionally change your dose. Do not take this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
- Do not crush, chew, or break an extended-release paroxetine tablet. Swallow it whole.
- Do not stop using paroxetine suddenly, or you could have unpleasant withdrawal symptoms.
- Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.
- Using an NSAID with paroxetine may cause you to bruise or bleed easily.
- Paroxetine may impair your thinking or reactions. Be careful if you drive or do anything that requires you to be alert.The addiction/dependence potential of Paroxetine is very less.
- If you are taking Clonazepam for the treatment of insomnia and anxiety, it should not be used more than 4 weeks.
- It may become less effective over the time.
- It causes sleepiness or drowsiness. If this happens to you, do not drive or use machinery.
- Avoid consuming alcohol when taking the Clonazepam, as it may cause excessive sleepiness or drowsiness.
- Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding.
- Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney or liver problems.
- The addiction / habit-forming potential of Clonazepam is very high.
- You should not use clonazepam if you have narrow-angle glaucoma or severe liver disease, or if you are allergic to Valium or a similar medicineTake clonazepam exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Follow all directions on your prescription label. Your doctor may occasionally change your dose to make sure you get the best results. Do not use this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.Misuse of habit-forming medicine can cause addiction, overdose, or death. Selling or giving away this medicine is against the law.
- Clonazepam should be used for only a short time. Do not take this medication for longer than 9 weeks without your doctor’s advice.
- Swallow the tablet whole, with a full glass of water.
