  • You may feel very dizzy when you first wake up. Be careful when standing or sitting up from a lying position.
  • These effects may get aggravated by consuming alcohol during exercise, in hot weather, or when standing for long durations.
  • May affect your eye muscles; this should be harmless unless you are scheduled for a cataract surgery.
  • Avoid getting overheated during exercise and hot weather.
  • When first starting this drug, avoid situations where you may be injured if you faint.
