Q COMEGA L CAP is composed of: LYCOPENE (500 MCG), OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS (300 MG), COENZYME Q10 (100 MG), EICOSAPENTAENOIC ACID (90 MG), CALCIUM ACETATE (75 MG), SELENIUM (75 MCG), DOCOSAHEXAENOIC ACID(DHA) (60 MG), ZINC SULFATE (27.45 MG), WHEAT GERM OIL (25 MG), CAROTENE (10.33 MG)

Lycopene is a common carotenoid compound found in fruits, vegetables, and green plants that is responsible for the red color of tomatoes. Other sources include apricot, cranberry, grapes, pink grapefruit, guava, papaya, peaches, and watermelon.Lycopene acts an antioxidant by fighting free radicals in the body. Due to its antioxidant property, it reduces the risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease.




Calcium is a mineral that is needed for many functions of the body, especially bone formation and maintenance. Calcium can also bind to other minerals such as phosphate, and aid in their removal from the body.Calcium acetate is a natural mineral that works by holding onto phosphate from the diet so that it can pass out of your body,used to treat elevated blood phosphate levels in end stage kidney failure.

Selenium is mineral that is found in soil and occurs naturally in certain foods (such as whole grains, Brazil nuts, sunflower seeds, and seafood). Precautions for Q COMEGA L CAP and its Constituents


Avoid if allergic to lycopene or to any of its food sources, especially tomatoes. Tomato-based products are acidic and may irritate stomach ulcers.





  • You should not use calcium acetate if you have high levels of calcium in your blood.
  • You should not use calcium acetate if you are allergic to it.
  • Do not give this medicine to a child without medical advice.Use exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
  • Your doctor may occasionally change your dose to make sure you get the best results.
  • Take this medicine with each meal.
  • You may need to keep a food diary to measure how much calcium you are getting in your diet.
  • You may need frequent medical tests to help your doctor determine how long to treat you with calcium acetate.
  • Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.
  • Do not take additional calcium supplements.
  • Avoid using antacids without your doctor’s advice. Use only the specific type of antacid your doctor recommends.
  • Avoid taking an antibiotic such as ciprofloxacin, moxifloxacin, or levofloxacin within 2 hours before or 6 hours after you take calcium acetate.Avoid taking an antibiotic such as doxycycline, minocycline, or tetracycline within 1 hour before you take calcium acetate.
  • Avoid taking levothyroxine within 4 hours before or 4 hours after you take calcium acetate.

 Do not use more of this product than is recommended on the label.
Follow all directions on your medicine label and package. You should not use this product if you are allergic to selenium.
Do not use this product without medical advice if you are pregnant or breast-feeding a baby.
Do not give any herbal/health supplement to a child without medical advice.
The recommended dietary allowance of selenium increases with age. Follow your healthcare provider’s instructions.
Do not take extra selenium to make up the missed dose.
Remove all jewelry; selenium  may damage it.
Do not use this medication if your scalp is cut or scratched.
Stop using the lotion and contact your doctor if your condition worsens.
Using selenium long-term or at high doses may increase your risk of developing diabetes or other serious medical conditions. Ask your doctor about your specific risk.
