RAPILIF 4MG TAB is a Schedule H drug.RAPILIF 4MG TAB is composed of: SILODOSIN (4 MG)
Silodosin is an alpha-adrenergic blocker. Silodosin helps relax the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate.Silodosin is used to improve urination in men with benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate).Do not use this medication to treat high blood pressure.This is not harmful and is reversible once silodosin is discontinued.

SILODOSIN is generally used to treat: Benign Prostatic HyperplasiaSILODOSIN can address symptoms like: Slow Or Weak Urine Stream, Difficulty Urinating, Sudden Urge To Urinate

How Do I Take It?
RAPILIF 4MG TAB is generally taken With Food.Precautions for RAPILIF 4MG TAB and its Constituents
- You should not take silodosin if you have severe kidney or liver disease.
- Do not take silodosin together with similar medicines such as alfuzosin, doxazosin, prazosin, tamsulosin, or terazosin.
- You should not take silodosin if you are allergic to it.
- Follow all directions on your prescription label. Your doctor may occasionally change your dose to make sure you get the best results.
- Do not use this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.Silodosin is usually taken once daily with a meal
- While using silodosin, your blood pressure and prostate will need to be checked often.
- This medicine may impair your thinking or reactions. Be careful if you drive or do anything that requires you to be alert.
- Drinking alcohol with this medicine can cause side effects.
- Get up slowly from bed while taking this medication as silodosin can result in postural hypotension.
- Silodosin is prescribed only for men and is not advisable for women especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
