Regorafenib is a cancer medicine that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body.Regorafenib is used to treat colorectal cancer and liver cancer. It is also used to treat a rare type of tumor that can affect the esophagus, stomach, or intestines.It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps to stop or slow the spread of cancer cells.

REGORAFENIB is generally used to treat: Colorectal Cancer, Liver Cancer, Gastrointestinal CancersREGORAFENIB can address symptoms like: Bloody Or Red Colored Stools, Black (tar) Colored Stools, Abdomen Pain, Abdomen Stomach Cramps, Abdomen Bloating Or Fullness, Fatigue (tiredness), Weakness (generalized), Constipation, Weight Loss (unintentional)

How Do I Take It?
RESIHANCE 40MG TAB is generally taken With Food.Precautions for RESIHANCE 40MG TAB and its Constituents
- You should not use regorafenib if past use has caused severe bleeding or severe liver problems.
- Do not use regorafenib if you are pregnant. It could harm the unborn baby.
- Follow all directions on your prescription label. Your doctor may occasionally change your dose. Do not take this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
- Regorafenib works best if you take it after a low-fat, low-calorie meal. Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.
- Take the medicine at the same time each day.While using regorafenib, your blood pressure will need to be checked often and you may need frequent blood tests.Throw away any regorafenib tablets not used within 7 weeks after opening the bottle.Do not repeat dose after vomiting.
- Do not drive or operate machinery, if you experience treatment-related symptoms which could affect your ability to concentrate and react.
- Men and women planning pregnancy should use effective birth control while they are taking regorafenib for 2 months after they stop taking it.
- Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.
- Take with a low-fat breakfast.
