REVODOL SPAS 20MG/500MG/37.5MG TAB is a Schedule H drug.REVODOL SPAS 20MG/500MG/37.5MG TAB is composed of: PARACETAMOL (500.0 MG), TRAMADOL (37.5 MG), DICYCLOMINE (20.0 MG)
Paracetamol is a pain reliever and a fever reducer. The exact mechanism of action of is not known. Paracetamol is used to treat many conditions such as a headache, muscle aches, arthritis, backache, toothaches, colds, and fevers. It relieves pain in mild arthritis but has no effect on the underlying inflammation and swelling of the joint.

Precautions for REVODOL SPAS 20MG/500MG/37.5MG TAB and its Constituents
Caution should be exercised in patients with history of asthma, bleeding problems, growths in the nose, heart, kidney or liver disease, liver inflammation, high blood pressure, chickenpox, anxiety, trouble in sleeping, ulcers, stomach problems, stroke, Kawasaki syndrome, any allergy, who are taking other medications, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Avoid alcohol consumption. It should not be used in children with infections such as flu, chickenpox or viral infections. Avoid
- This medication may impair your thinking or alertness. Be careful if you drive or do anything that requires you to be alert.
- Avoid becoming overheated or dehydrated during exercise and in hot weather. Dicyclomine can decrease your sweating, which can lead to heat stroke in a hot environment.
- Avoid taking alcohol as it can increase certain side effects of dicyclomine.
- Stop using dicyclomine and call your doctor right away if you have serious side effects such as confusion, hallucinations, unusual thoughts or behavior, fast or uneven heart rate, or if you urinate less than usual or not at all.
- You should not take this medication if you are allergic to dicyclomineTake exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
- Do not take in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended. Follow the directions on your prescription label.Dicyclomine is usually taken 4 times each day. Your doctor may occasionally change your dose to make sure you get the best results.Take this medicine with a full glass of water.
