Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid hormone (glucocorticoid) which works on immune system to help reduce itching, swelling and inflammation. It is used to treat conditions such as allergic reactions, certain skin and eye conditions, breathing problem, arthritis, problems with blood and bone marrow, ulcerative colitis, psoriasis, hormone or immune system disorder,  certain bowel disorders and certain cancers.

Don’t  take this if you have any fungal infection in your body, it may worsen the infection. Caution your Doctor or Pharmacist if you are allergic to this drug. Don’t have any vaccination or immunization, live vaccines may cause serious complications.
