Precautions for SORAFENAT TAB and its Constituents


Patient may develop heart attack, bleeding, hypertension, gastrointestinal perforation. Caution needed for patients with history of high blood pressure, bleeding problems, chest pain, a heart attack, kidney disease other than kidney cancer, or heart or liver disease. It could cause birth defects, hence both males and females are advised to use contraception while on this medication. It may reduce the number of clot-forming cells (platelets), avoid situations in which bruising or injury may occur.

SORAFENIB : Weight Loss (unintentional), Nausea, Vomit, Loss Of Appetite, Mouth Soreness, Hair Loss, Fatigue (tiredness)

Serious Side-Effects

SORAFENIB : Weight Gain, Slow Heart Rate (pulse), Constipation, Left Arm Pain, Chest Pain, Dizziness, Fainting, Bloody Or Red Colored Stools

Rare Side-Effects

SORAFENIB : Skin Rash, Difficulty Breathing, Body Itching, Face Swelling
