TRIGAINE FORTE LTN is a Schedule H drug.TRIGAINE FORTE LTN is composed of: MINOXIDIL (12.5 %W/V), HYDROCORTISONE (0.01 %W/V), TRETINOIN (0.025 %W/V)
Minoxidil is a vasodilator that relaxes (widens) blood vessels and improves blood flow. Minoxidil is used to treat severe high blood pressure (hypertension) that is causing symptoms or damaging your vital organs. Minoxidil is usually given together with two other medicines to help prevent serious side effects.
Hydrocortisone is a topical steroid that reduces the actions of chemicals in the body that cause inflammation. Hydrocortisone topical is used to treat inflammation of the skin caused by a number of conditions such as allergic reactions, eczema, or psoriasis. Hydrocortisone topical will not treat skin infections. This medication is a corticosteroid, prescribed for severe allergies, arthritis, asthma, multiple sclerosis and skin conditions. It is also used to treat certain types of cancer.

Caution should be exercised in patients with history of liver, kidney, intestinal, or heart disease, diabetes, underactive thyroid gland, high blood pressure, mental illness, myasthenia gravis, osteoporosis, herpes eye infection, seizures, tuberculosis (TB), ulcers, any allergy, who are taking other medications, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
