Overview
ULRAX 20MG/5MG/2.5MG TAB is a Schedule H drug.ULRAX 20MG/5MG/2.5MG TAB is composed of: PANTOPRAZOLE (20.0 MG), CHLORDIAZEPOXIDE (5.0 MG), CLIDINIUM (2.5 MG)
Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that decreases the amount of acid produced in the stomach. Pantoprazole is used to treat erosive esophagitis (damage to the esophagus from stomach acid caused by gastroesophageal reflux disease, or GERD) in adults and children who are at least 5 years old. Pantoprazole is usually given for up to 8 weeks at a time while your esophagus heals. Pantoprazole is also used to treat Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and other conditions involving excess stomach acid.
Chlordiazepoxide is a benzodiazepine. Chlordiazepoxide affects chemicals in the brain that may be unbalanced in people with anxiety. Chlordiazepoxide is used to treat anxiety disorders. Chlordiazepoxide may be used short-term to treat anxiety you may have before a surgery. Chlordiazepoxide is also used to treat anxiety or withdrawal symptoms of alcoholism.
Clidinium reduces the secretions of certain organs in the body. Clidinium helps to control conditions such as peptic ulcers that involve excessive stomach acid production.

How Do I Take It?

Long-term therapy may lead to bacterial overgrowth in the GI tract, atrophic gastritis. Monitor liver
Avoid drinking alcohol. Dangerous side effects could occur.
Chlordiazepoxide may impair your thinking or reactions. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medicine will affect you. D
Take each dose with a full glass of water. Clidinium is usually taken three or four times a day with meals and at bedtime. Follow your doctor’s instructions. Use alcohol cautiously. Alcohol may increase drowsiness and dizziness while you are taking
