ZOAMATES SACHET is a Schedule H drug.ZOAMATES SACHET is composed of: MYO INOSITOL (4000 MG), VIT D3 CHOLECALCIFEROL (1000 IU), LEVOCARNITINE (250 MG), TAURINE (100 MG), SODIUM SELENITE (70 MCG), COENZYME Q10 (50 MG), ADENOSINE (20 MG), ZINC SULFATE (7.857 MG/GM), ASTAXANTHIN (4 MG), LYCOPENE (2.5 MG)
Levocarnitine is a naturally occurring substance that the body needs for energy.Levocarnitine belongs to the class of medications called as amino acid derivative. It works by improving the low levels of carnitine in the body.
This medication is an antiarrhythmic agent, prescribed for irregular heart beat. It is used during a stress test of the heart. Adenosine is used in the treatment of Tachycardia, atrioventricular nodal reentry, and Wolff-Parkinson white syndrome. Adenosine is used in the prevention of nutritional and metabolic diseases
Lycopene is a common carotenoid compound found in fruits, vegetables, and green plants that is responsible for the red color of tomatoes. Other sources include apricot, cranberry, grapes, pink grapefruit, guava, papaya, peaches, and watermelon.Lycopene acts an antioxidant by fighting free radicals in the body. How Do I Take It?
ZOAMATES SACHET is generally taken With Food.Precautions for ZOAMATES SACHET and its Constituents
- Follow all directions on your prescription label.
- Do not take this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
- Measure liquid medicine with the dosing syringe provided, or with a special dose-measuring spoon or medicine cup.
- The liquid medicine can be taken alone or mixed with a beverage or soft food. Sip or eat the mixture slowly.Levocarnitine should be taken at evenly spaced intervals every 3 or 4 hours. This medicine works best if you take it with a meal or within 30 minutes after a meal.
- While using levocarnitine, you may need frequent blood tests.
- Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.
- Avoid excess dose.
- Take precautions during levocarnitine treatment as you may be at risk of bleeding.Do not take this drug if you are allergic to levocarnitine or any of its ingredients.
- If you have an allergy to adenosine or any other part of adenosine ask your doctor
- If you are allergic to any drugs like this one, any other drugs, foods, or other substances. Tell your doctor about the allergy and what signs you had, like rash, hives, itching shortness of breath, wheezing, cough, swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat; or any other signs.
- If you have health problems, certain types of abnormal heartbeats (heart block, sick sinus syndrome) without a working pacemaker.
- Discuss with doctor if you have any of these health problems like Asthma or other breathing problems like COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)
Avoid if allergic to lycopene or to any of its food sources, especially tomatoes. Tomato-based products are acidic and may irritate stomach ulcers.

Food Interactions
Ask your doctor before using adenosine together with caffeine. Using these medications together can decrease the effects of adenosine. It is recommended that caffeine including caffeine be avoided for 12 to 24 hours before adenosine administration.
