DOLUTEGRAVIR is a Schedule H drug.Dolutegravir is an antiviral medicine that prevents human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) from multiplying in your body.Dolutegravir is used with other antiviral medications to treat HIV, the virus that can cause the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). How Do I Take It?

- You should not use dolutegravir if you are also taking dofetilide (Tikosyn).
- You should not use this medication if you are allergic to dolutegravir.
- Follow all directions on your prescription label.
- Do not take this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
- You may take dolutegravir with or without food.
- While using dolutegravir, you may need frequent blood tests.
- HIV/AIDS is usually treated with a combination of drugs. Use all medications as directed by your doctor.
- Every person with HIV or AIDS should remain under the care of a doctor.
