How Do I Take It?

- You should not take this medication if you are allergic to isradipine.
- Do not crush, chew, or break an extended-release tablet. Swallow the pill whole. Breaking the pill may cause too much of the drug to be released at one time.
- Be careful if you drive or do anything that requires you to be awake and alert.
- Do not miss any scheduled appointments.
- Take this medication exactly as it was prescribed for you.
- Do not take the medication in larger amounts, or take it for longer than recommended by your doctor. Follow the directions on your prescription label.Avoid getting up too fast from a sitting or lying position, or you may feel dizzy. Get up slowly and steady yourself to prevent a fall.
