ALPROSTADIL is a Schedule H drug.
Alprostadil is used to treat Erectile dysfunction ( impotence ).
Alprostadil is also used to improve blood flow in new born babies with heart problems.
Alprostadil relaxes blood vessels and muscles in the penis which increases the blood flow causing an erection.
