Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with history of mental illness, kidney or liver disease, Tourette’s syndrome, drug dependence, any allergy, who are taking other medications, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Patient may experience with dark urine or yellowish skin; if it is so consult with your doctor immediately.

PEMOLINE : Acute Liver Failure, Night Blindness, Depression, Anemia, Tourette Syndrome, Enlarged Prostate, Loss Of Appetite, Weight Loss (unintentional), Nausea, Vomit, Hallucinations, Abdomen Pain, Seizures (uncontrollable Jerking Of Limbs), Dizziness, Restless Or Irritability, Head Headache, Drowsiness, Difficulty Sleeping, Dark Colored (brown) Urine, Eyes Yellow Eyes

PEMOLINE can interfere with: Anxiety, Neurosis, Psychosis, Hypertension, Pheochromocytoma, Hyperthyroidism, PAD (Peripheral Artery Disease), Acute Liver Failure, Seizure, Alcoholism, Acute Renal Failure, Depression
