Warfarin is an anticoagulant (blood thinner). Warfarin reduces the formation of blood clots.
Warfarin is used to treat or prevent blood clots in veins or arteries, which can reduce the risk of stroke, heart attack or other serious conditions.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with history of liver, kidney, or thyroid problems, yellowing of the skin or eyes, mental problems, high cholesterol, joint inflammation, sugar, cancer, stomach or bowel problems, any allergy, who are taking other medications, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Avoid alcohol consumption. Avoid becoming overheated.

WARFARIN : Gums Bleeding, Blood Or Red Colored Urine, Bloody Or Red Colored Stools, Dizziness, Head Headache, Vaginal Bleeding Between Periods

WARFARIN : Diarrhoea, Skin Rash, Back Pain, Chills, Irregular Heartbeat, Nausea, Vomit, Eyes Yellow Eyes
