PALBOCICLIB is a Schedule H drug.Palbociclib is a cancer medicine that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body. Palbociclib is used in men and women to treat certain types of advanced breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. In postmenopausal women, palbociclib is given in combination with a hormonal medicine called letrozole. In others, palbociclib is given together with fulvestrant.

Precautions
Palbociclib may cause neutropenia (reduced count of a type of white blood cell called neutrophils). Monitor blood cell count from time to time while taking the drug.
